Fantastic Late 19th Century German Antique Solid Pine Chest / Bank Of Drawers
FANTASTIC LATE 19th CENTURY GERMAN ANTIQUE SOLID PINE CHEST / BANK OF DRAWERS. Dating to the end of the 19th century, this fantastic solid pine bank of drawers is in very good condition with only a couple of repairs to the left hand cheek. Standing on a plinth the chest has 2 rows of larger drawers with a row of smaller ones above. These are constructed with hand cut dovetail joints and all benefit from having their original turned wooden knobs.
The top is all good with no significant marks or scratches. This is a lovely solid piece of furniture which would compliment the bedroom of any home traditional or modern.
There has in the past been a Small amount of insect attack to the chest but although historic, the chest has been sprayed with a 20 year treatment. Alternatively you are welcome to collect from my showroom at any time.
